🧩 Role Overview

UCAF is hiring Shadow Teachers to support children with Autism in mainstream school settings. Selected candidates will receive ABA training and work under clinical guidance.

⏰ Work Hours

• School-based hours (as per assigned case)
• Typically, 5–6 hours per day, Monday to Friday
• Some cases may include working Saturdays
• Work schedule will follow the school calendar

💰 Payment

• ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
• Based on experience, location, and number of working hours
• Payment is linked to active school working days

🕒 Probation & Bond

• Probation period: 3 months
• Service bond: 3 months from the start date

✅ Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Shadow Teacher / Special Educator / ABA Therapist
• Comfortable working in school environments
• Willingness to undergo ABA training provided by UCAF

🎓 Training & Supervision

• Structured ABA training provided by UCAF
• Ongoing clinical supervision and guidance
