SFDC Tester

We are seeking a skilled SFDC Functional Tester with strong experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Zuora CPQ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce implementations, ensuring high-quality releases, and supporting complex integrations across enterprise systems. This role requires hands-on experience in functional testing, API testing, and end-to-end integration validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing of Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
• Validate business processes including Lead-to-Cash, Quoting, and CPQ workflows.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Conduct Zuora CPQ testing including product configuration, pricing, and billing flows.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman and REST/SOAP UI.
• Execute integration testing across ERP systems, billing platforms, and third-party applications.
• Analyze requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
• Support UAT, regression testing, and release cycles.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data (Accounts, Contacts, Products, Pricing, and Contracts) across Salesforce and integrated systems.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Salesforce Functional Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Zuora CPQ.
• Understanding of Lead-to-Cash / Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.
• Experience in API Testing (REST/SOAP services).
• Knowledge of integration testing across systems.
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, SoapUI, JIRA, TestRail/ALM.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and workflows.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Tosca or Playwright).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of Apex and SOQL.
• Experience with Zuora Billing.
• Experience in Master Data Management.
