Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Frontend Developer with strong fundamentals in modern frontend development.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React and JavaScript, along with strong API integration and state management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive web applications with a strong focus on performance and usability.
Build reusable, scalable UI components using React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Integrate RESTful APIs and manage application state using Redux, Redux Toolkit, and Context API.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to translate designs into functional interfaces.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and seamless performance across multiple devices.
Follow best practices for code quality, security, maintainability, and performance optimization.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving frontend development standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in UI / Frontend development.
Strong knowledge of Responsive Web Design principles.
Strong hands-on experience with React and JavaScript.
Solid experience with API integration and state management using Redux, Redux Toolkit, and Context API.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS techniques.
Experience with CSS frameworks or libraries such as Bootstrap, Tailwind, or similar.
Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Basic understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO principles.

Good To Have

Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js and Python.
Exposure to databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Understanding of full-stack application flow and API design concepts.

Job Type

Full-time, Permanent (In-house).

Note : This is a face-to-face interview round; therefore, you are required to be present at the Setoo premises for the technical interview.
