Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Frontend Developer with strong fundamentals in modern frontend development.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React and JavaScript, along with strong API integration and state management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications with a strong focus on performance and usability.
• Build reusable, scalable UI components using React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage application state using Redux, Redux Toolkit, and Context API.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to translate designs into functional interfaces.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and seamless performance across multiple devices.
• Follow best practices for code quality, security, maintainability, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving frontend development standards.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in UI / Frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of Responsive Web Design principles.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and JavaScript.
• Solid experience with API integration and state management using Redux, Redux Toolkit, and Context API.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS techniques.
• Experience with CSS frameworks or libraries such as Bootstrap, Tailwind, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Basic understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO principles.
  
  

Good To Have

• Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js and Python.
• Exposure to databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Understanding of full-stack application flow and API design concepts.
  
  

Job Type

Full-time, Permanent (In-house).
