Job Summary

We seek Sales & Service Engineers (0-4 years experience, including freshers) to promote metalworking fluids and specialty lubricants. Focus on business development, customer relations, technical service, and application support in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote MAGNACOOL® products via client demos, presentations, and territory relationship building.
• Visit customer sites to evaluate needs, recommend fluid applications, and resolve technical issues for peak performance.
• Meet sales targets through lead generation, distributor management, and post-sales support.
• Track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and fluid feedback in CRM systems.
• Partner with technical teams for product training; leverage internship/project experience in sales or fluids.
• Travel extensively (per policy) to support clients in manufacturing setups.

Qualifications & Requirements (For All Levels)

• Diploma/Degree in Science or Engineering (other streams considered for exceptional candidates).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness for extensive territory travel.
• Preferred: 0-4 years experience; freshers with industrial sales, metalworking fluids, or fluid tech internships/projects.
• having an experience in metal working fluids and cutting oils is a must.
