Your Role

Drive customer discovery, align solution strategy with business needs, and deliver tailored ServiceNow value propositions.
Design technical and functional solutions, estimate effort, and present clear demonstrations, POVs, and product walkthroughs.
Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions while maintaining demo environments and custom scripts.
Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert by staying updated on platform releases, trends, and contributing thought leadership.
Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams, support solution responses, and mentor junior team members.

Your Profile

Proven pre‑sales or solution consulting experience with strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and modules.
Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with customer‑facing experience.
ServiceNow certifications, scripting familiarity (JavaScript), and experience with web technologies (REST/SOAP/HTML) are preferred.
