We are seeking for ServiceNow Quality Automation Tester Position

Position Details:

Job Type: 1 year extendable contract with our client (payroll Avensys)

Location: Hyderabad OR Bangalore

Timings : Regular working hours, hybrid mode of work

Yrs of Exp: 7+ years of relevant experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow QA Automation Tester with a minimum of 7 years of software testing experience and strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ATF (Automated Test Framework), QA automation, AI testing, and end-to-end platform validation across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, Now Assist, Agentic AI, Workspaces, Service Portals, and Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Testing & Quality Assurance

• Design and execute test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Validate ServiceNow applications across multiple environments including Development, QA, UAT, and Production.

Automation Testing

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Build reusable automation assets for regression and smoke testing.
• Integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.

AI & Agentic AI Testing

• Validate ServiceNow Now Assist and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Test AI-generated responses for accuracy, consistency, relevance, and compliance.
• Perform prompt validation, response quality assessment, hallucination detection, and AI workflow verification

ServiceNow Module Testing

Perform testing across:

• CSM (Customer Service Management)
• Service Catalog
• Knowledge Management
• Virtual Agent
• Now Assist
• Agentic AI

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core ServiceNow Skills

• 7+ years of QA/testing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
• Experience testing custom applications and platform configurations.

ServiceNow Expertise

Hands-on experience with:

• ITSM
• CSM
• Service Catalog
• Workspaces
• Employee Center / Service Portal
• Flow Designer

Automation Skills

• ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Selenium or equivalent automation tools
• API testing using Postman, Ready API, or similar tools
• CI/CD integration experience
