ServiceNow Lead

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and implement integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST APIs, and OAuth authentication to connect with Microsoft Intune Graph API and OSS endpoints, enabling automated retrieval of device inventory, computer details, and hardware attributes.
• Configure Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules along with Transform Maps to ensure accurate mapping of inbound data into CMDB tables such as cmdb_ci_computer, cmdb_hardware, alm_asset, and cmdb_model.
• Build, schedule, and optimize data imports using Scripted REST APIs or Integration Hub ETL pipelines, ensuring clean, reliable, and automated synchronization across CMDB classes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate CI relationships, enhance CMDB quality, and troubleshoot integration or data discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation for integrations, transform logic, IRE configurations, and data flows to support long-term operational sustainability.

Required Skills ( Must) 

• Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow development, including IRE, Transform Maps, Scheduled Jobs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Workflows/Flow Designer.
• Hands‑on experience integrating Microsoft Intune, including OAuth configuration, Graph API interactions, and device inventory synchronization.
• Experience working with OSS/BSS APIs to handle asset lifecycle updates, device metadata ingestion, and hardware compliance data.
• Strong reporting expertise, including Performance Analytics, custom dashboards, and visualizations for device compliance, health status, and asset tracking.
• Solid understanding of CMDB structure, CSDM alignment, CI lifecycle management, and reconciliation strategies.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing priorities and collaborating across distributed teams.
