What we are looking for

Role: ServiceNow - ITSM/ITOM/SAM/APM/GRC IRM/GRC BCM

Experience Range: 6 to 12 Years

Walkin Location: Bengaluru

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
  • Strong JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and API integration experience.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Good understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow data model.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Essential:

  • Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, integrations, and custom applications.
  • Lead workshops and provide functional and technical guidance to stakeholders.
  • Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and optimization activities.
  • Develop integrations with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
  • Support testing, deployment, training, and post-production activities.

Minimum Qualification

  • 15 years of full-time education
  • Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
