Role: ServiceNow ITSM Developer (Walk-In-Drive) EXP: 4-14 YEARS LOCATION: Chennai ( TATA Consultancy Service SNR Office Kumaran Nagar, 415/21-24, TNHB Main Rd, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600119) ** Weekend Walk-In-Drive** Date- 15-November-25 (Saturday) Job Description Develop and manage the application roadmap for enhancements and development Working knowledge of web applications, networks, protocols and email Provides detailed technical architecture analysis, design and direction on development activities Experienced in creating ServiceNow forms, Designing/Configuring Workflow, flow designer and customizing applications. Well versed in facilitating roll out of new applications and modules in ServiceNow. Very good experience in ServiceNow Client Script, business rules, script include, UI Actions, UI Policies, Data Policies, Catalog items. Experience in integrating tools in ServiceNow. Experienced in ServiceNow technical configuration, and development of reports and dashboards. Good in support activities of ServiceNow to identify issues within the code, working collaboratively with other team members. Building relationships with business partners through analysis, evaluating best practice and aligning technology to solve their issues and improve efficiencies. Bringing proficient methodologies and best approaches to non-traditional aspects of technology delivery. Knowledge of ITSM processes such as Change, Incident management, Problem Management, SLA and Service Request Management Experience in creating new Workflows and modifying the existing workflows according to new requirements in an efficient manner. Experience in Enhancing the ServiceNow functionality by customized JavaScript code to support the new business needs. Experience in creating scripts like Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, background script, Fix script and UI Policies, UI action. Hands-on experience in Client and Server-side Scripting. Ability to communicate with technical individuals, including knowledge at a deep enough level to understand the underlying technical concepts. Well-spoken in front of groups, including the ability to prepare and make presentations to senior management.
