Job Description

Industry: IT Services — Enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) and Digital Workflow Automation. Sector: Cloud-based IT operations, service delivery, and process automation for enterprise customers. Location: On-site, India.

Primary Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (ITSM) — on-site role focused on delivering and supporting ServiceNow ITSM modules and integrations.

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge) to meet business requirements.
Author server-side and client-side code (Glide scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts) and maintain Scoped Applications and Update Sets.
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, MID Server, and scheduled data imports for third-party systems.
Implement Flow Designer workflows, orchestration, and Service Portal components to automate approvals, catalog items, and self-service experiences.
Collaborate with stakeholders and Service Owners to translate requirements into technical designs, perform unit testing, and support UAT and production rollouts.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, optimise platform performance, and maintain configuration and release documentation.
