Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Developer Location: Remote Duration: Contract Job Summary We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and implement ITSM modules and custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration, with a strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, etc. Customize forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and flow designer workflows. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers. Build and manage custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine (as needed). Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow governance models. Participate in platform upgrades and patching activities. Work with process owners to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the ServiceNow platform. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3?7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development. Strong understanding of ITIL v3/v4 and experience with ITSM processes. Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow configuration. Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies. Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, LDAP, SSO, etc.). ServiceNow certifications such as: Certified System Administrator (CSA) ? required Certified Application Developer (CAD) ? preferred ITSM Implementation Specialist ? preferred Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
