Share your Resume [email protected] Job Description: ServiceNow ITOM Capability / HRSD Capability / GRC Capability Job Summary The ServiceNow Consultant/Architect with ITOM Capability will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM solutions to enhance our clients? IT operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise, and delivering high-quality solutions to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management, and a proven track record of successful implementations. Key Responsibilities ??????? Solution Design and Implementation : Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management, to meet client requirements. ??????? Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow ITOM configurations. ??????? Process Optimization : Assess and optimize IT operations processes, leveraging ServiceNow ITOM capabilities to improve visibility, automation, and efficiency. ??????? Integration and Customization : Develop and integrate ServiceNow ITOM with other enterprise systems (e.g., monitoring tools, CMDB, cloud platforms) using APIs, REST, and other integration methods. ??????? Technical Leadership : Provide guidance to junior team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and standards. ??????? Client Engagement : Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering workshops, presentations, and training sessions to demonstrate ITOM capabilities and drive adoption. ??????? Troubleshooting and Support : Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow ITOM modules, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations. ??????? Documentation : Create detailed technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and operational procedures. ??????? Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on ServiceNow ITOM advancements, recommend enhancements, and contribute to the development of internal best practices. ??????? Experience : o??5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, with at least 3 years focused on ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management). o??Proven track record of delivering end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM projects in enterprise environments. o??Experience with CMDB configuration, integration, and data normalization. o??Familiarity with ITIL processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management). ??????? Certifications : o??ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory). o??ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ? ITOM (highly preferred). o??ITIL Foundation or higher (preferred). ??????? Technical Skills : o??Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management. o??Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes). o??Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server configuration). o??Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their integration with ServiceNow ITOM. o??Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and infrastructure components for Discovery implementation. ???????
