ServiceNow ITAM Developer, Asset Management, HAM, HAM Pro Exp: 5-7yrs Location: The Role will begin at our Chennai Location, where candidate have to work for 6 Month. After that they have to relocate to Mexico and continue there for minimum 2 years. JD 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with a strong focus on ITAM. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. Strong knowledge of ITAM modules (HAM Pro, Cloud Insights). Experience with CMDB and Asset Discovery tools (SCCM, Intune, JAMF, SN Discovery). Familiarity with software licensing models (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, etc.). Experience in building and troubleshooting integrations. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ? ITAM/SAM/HAM/HAM Pro (preferred). Knowledge of ITIL v4 processes. Creation of reports and Dashboards. Rest and Soap Integration: Extensive knowledge of Rest and Soap integrations to connect ServiceNow with external systems seamlessly. Develop and customize ServiceNow ITAM applications, including HAM Pro and Cloud Insights. Write and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flows. Build integrations with external APIs Configure and automate asset lifecycle workflows (procurement, onboarding, assignment, decommissioning). Develop Service Portal widgets, catalog items, and UI Pages to improve user experience. Implement and maintain Discovery, Asset Reconciliation Rules, and CMDB Data Integrity. Ensure compliance with software licensing, hardware lifecycle, and audit requirements. Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization for ITAM applications. Collaborate with ITSM, CMDB, Procurement, and Security teams for end-to-end asset management. Support platform upgrades, patches, and new feature enhancements. ServiceNow CAD or CSA certified
