We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Developer with expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Risk Assessment module implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ServiceNow platform development, coupled with in-depth knowledge of designing and implementing IRM solutions to address enterprise risk management and compliance requirements. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to customize, optimize, and expand the ServiceNow IRM and GRC modules to meet the organization's needs. Required Skills: Experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on IRM, GRC, and Risk Assessment modules. Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow IRM and GRC solutions, including configuring risk libraries, control testing, and issue management. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform components, including Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, ACLs, and integrations. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other programming languages used in ServiceNow development. Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow IRM/GRC with third-party tools and data sources. Preferred Skills: ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (IRM/GRC) or Certified Application Developer. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills.
