JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: ServiceNow - Integration Hub & Now Assist AI Agent & Conversational

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

ServiceNow Integration Hub Developer

Role Summary:

Build and manage integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using Integration Hub, ensuring secure, scalable, and reusable integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop integrations using Integration Hub Spokes and Flow Designer
• Build and maintain Scripted REST APIs and inbound/outbound integrations
• Implement OAuth 2.0 authentication and secure integration patterns
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as Workday, IAM, and third-party platforms
• Develop reusable integration components and utilities
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and Flow Designer
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and scripting (JavaScript/Glide)
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, API security, and error handling
• Exposure to Workday Web Services / REST integrations
