Servicenow Integration Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Integration Engineer with 7 to 13 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and managing integrations across various enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in integrating systems such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, Jira, UKG, using REST APIs, SAP APIs, and platforms like Hub & Spoke.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between enterprise systems such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, Jira, UKG, and other internal or third-party platforms.

• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and SAP APIs for seamless data exchange between systems.

• Work with Hub and Spoke architecture for scalable and modular integration workflows.

• Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and maintain high performance.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration flows to ensure reliability and stability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including application developers, business analysts, and platform owners to understand integration requirements.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, standards, and configurations.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in system integration and API development.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7 to 13 years of experience in system integration and API development.

• Proven experience integrating systems like SAP, Workday, Oracle, Jira, UKG.

• Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and SAP APIs.

• Experience working with Hub and Spoke integration architecture.

• Solid understanding of authentication protocols such as OAuth2.0, SAML, and API key-based integrations.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
