Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer Location: PAN INDIA Work Mode: Hybrid Mode Experience: 8-10 years Job Type: Contract to hire (C2H) Notice Period: - Immediate joiners. Mandatory Skills: Must have skills: ServiceNow CSDM, CMDB, ITOM Key Responsibilities Report Dashboard Development o Create and maintain scheduled and adhoc reports in ServiceNow using Performance Analytics Report Designer and other ServiceNow tools o Build real time dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs SLAs and trends across various HRSD modules o Utilize ServiceNows Performance Analytics PA to build widgets indicators and scorecards Data Analysis Insights o Analyse HRSD data to identify patterns bottlenecks or anomalies in service performance o Provide insights and recommendations to improve service delivery and process compliance o Ensure data integrity and consistency in reporting outputs Stakeholder Collaboration o Collaborate with HRSD process owners Business Service Line Leads and ServiceNow administrators to gather reporting requirements o Present findings and visual reports to business stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner o Support executive reporting needs with high quality summary level dashboards Platform Support o Ensure reporting structures align with changes or enhancements in the ServiceNow data model o Partner with the ServiceNow team to validate data sources field level access and performance optimization o Support data governance security policies and access control for reporting components Knowledge sharing o Ensure the set up is shared with the existing team to be able to maintain for future enhancements 3 Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Data Analytics or related field 24 years of experience with ServiceNow reporting tools including Performance Analytics Strong understanding of HRSD processes and modules within ServiceNow Proficiency in ServiceNow Report Designer PA widgets and dashboard configurations Experience working with large datasets KPIs and data visualization Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools Power BI Tableau etc are a plus Strong communication skills and stakeholder management 4 Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Reporting Performance Analytics certifications Knowledge of ITIL framework and service delivery concepts 5 Key Competencies Analytical thinking problem solving Business acumen and service orientation Attention to detail and data accuracy Strong documentation and visualization skills Collaboration across cross functional teams 6 Working Conditions Occasional participation in global team calls or cross time zone meetings
