Role: ServiceNow Developer (C2H Position) Location: India Experience: 6+ Years Must-Have Technical Skills Mode of the work: Work from office 6+ years of IT experience on the ServiceNow platform Strong experience with Conversational Catalog, Virtual Agent, and Now Assist Deep understanding of Service Catalog, Request Management, Flow Designer Experience with ITOM ? CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management Basic knowledge of Cloud fundamentals & Windows/Unix administration Understanding of server, network, storage environments Expertise in topic flows, dialogs, NLU training, contextual triggers Hands-on integration experience with Virtual Agent & backend workflows Strong in JavaScript, Glide API, REST APIs, ServiceNow scripting Experience in ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Mobile App, Virtual Agent Ability to configure applications as per design requirements Knowledge of unit testing, SIT, performance testing, UAT CSA certification mandatory; CAD / CIS-VA preferred Excellent communication & problem-solving skills Behavioral Competencies Strong verbal & written communication Ability to collaborate with technical & non-technical teams Proactive contributor during planning, grooming, and retrospectives Good-to-Have ServiceNow Implementation Specialist ITIL V3/V4 Foundation Java Developer certification ServiceNow Expertise CSA & CAD certified Hands-on with Virtual Agent, Employee Center, CSM/ITSM Strong with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, NLU Conversational AI & Catalog Transformation Experience converting static catalog items into dynamic, AI-driven experiences Knowledge of Dialogflow, Rasa, MS Bot Framework (good to have) Technical Proficiency JavaScript, GlideScript, REST/SOAP Familiarity with Now Assist, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence Soft Skills Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and UX-focused mindset
