ServiceNow Developer Location: Gudivada, Andhra Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-level ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ITSM/ITOM modules, scripting, integrations, and building custom applications. This role will focus on platform customization, automation, workflow development, and ensuring scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices. Customize and configure modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and Request Fulfillment. Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and automation scripts. Build and maintain custom applications, dashboards, and reports within ServiceNow. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, or web services. Enhance CMDB data quality, reconcile CI relationships, and support discovery and service mapping if required. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform system upgrades, apply patches, and ensure platform stability. Troubleshoot defects, resolve issues, and optimize platform performance. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and integrations. Required Skills & Experience 6-8 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, etc.). Experience with ITSM modules and at least one advanced module (ITOM/ITAM/Discovery/CMDB). Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Catalog Builder, and Workspace customizations. Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, tables, relationships, and ACL security. Proven experience building custom widgets, portals, and UI extensions (Service Portal preferred). Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools via APIs. Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
