Job Title: Servicenow Developer Location:-Pan India Work Mode: Hybrid Experience: 6+ yrs. Job Type : Contract to hire. Notice Period:- Immediate joiners. Job Description:- Key Responsibilities: Estimate, design, develop, and implement RPA automations using ServiceNow, adhering to best practices. Analyze and understand business processes to create accurate ServiceNow RPA solutions. Convert existing processes into automated workflows within ServiceNow, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption. Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow RPA solutions for optimal performance. Conduct code reviews and documentation assessments to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Act as a lead developer, supporting and guiding other developers in the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems. Troubleshoot and resolve post-deployment issues, ensuring high availability and performance. Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow RPA trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow RPA development. Strong understanding of workflow-based logic and automation principles. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience with UiPath (nice to have). Certifications in ServiceNow or RPA tools. Experience with process analysis and re-engineering. Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Python. Experience with development of cloud applications (preferably Azure).
