Job Description: ServiceNow Experts (ITSM / ITOM / ITAM) Position: ServiceNow Consultant / Developer / Architect About The Role We are seeking experienced ServiceNow experts specializing in ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge, strong technical skills, and the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. Design, configure, and customize applications within the ITSM / ITOM / ITAM modules. Develop workflows, scripts, integrations, and automation within the ServiceNow platform. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution. Support upgrades, patching, and enhancements of the ServiceNow platform. Document solutions, configurations, and operational procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow in at least one module (ITSM / ITOM / ITAM). Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and integration capabilities. Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations). Expertise in workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies. Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping (for ITOM), or Asset Lifecycle Management (for ITAM). ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Implementation Specialist or Architect certifications preferred. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Good to Have Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. Experience with Agile methodology and DevOps practices. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and third-party integrations.
