1.Service Now Lead/Developer : Job Title: ServiceNow Lead /Developer Lead Exp : 6-8 Yrs | Dev : 3-4 Yrs relevant in ServiceNow Development Location : Pune /Bangalore Experience: 6?8 Years Profile Overview We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Lead to drive plugin development and integration efforts for a high-impact project involving a client?s Customer Service Portal. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow development, particularly in building custom plugins and integrating with external systems. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom ServiceNow plugins - Integrate ServiceNow with external systems, including Customer Service Portals - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, and business stakeholders - Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers - Participate in code reviews, solution design, and performance optimization Must-Have Skills - 6?8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development - Strong expertise in ServiceNow plugin development (Scoped Applications, Script Includes, Business Rules, etc.) - Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub) - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Customer Service Management (CSM) - Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Good-to-Have Skills - Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub - Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM modules - Exposure to ServiceNow App Engine and Performance Analytics - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git, Jenkins) - Understanding of security best practices in ServiceNow integrations 2. Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Experience: 3?4 Years Profile Overview We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support a key client engagement focused on **custom plugin development** and **integration with a Customer Service Portal**. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and a strong understanding of integration patterns. Key Responsibilities ? Develop and customize ServiceNow plugins and applications Integrate ServiceNow with external systems, including customer-facing portals - Collaborate with architects and senior developers to implement scalable solutions - Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code - Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities - Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices Must-Have Skills - 3?4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience - Experience with ServiceNow plugin development (Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc.) - Familiarity with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs - Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow?s Glide API - Exposure to Customer Service Management (CSM) module - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Good-to-Have Skills - Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub - Knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine or Performance Analytics - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer - Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices - Basic understanding of ITIL processes
