Job Title: ServiceNow Application Developer Location : Hyderabad Experience : 3 - 7 Years Job Description We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Application Developer responsible for designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow applications and modules. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across ServiceNow development, scripting, and module customization. This role involves working with both low-code/no-code capabilities and code-level configurations to build scalable, efficient, and user-friendly ServiceNow solutions. The candidate will be responsible for implementing new modules, optimizing existing functionalities, developing custom applications, and creating reports and dashboards within the ServiceNow platform. The role also requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions. Required Skills Strong experience in ServiceNow application development and platform customization. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow-specific scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, etc.). Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing key ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or others as required). Ability to design and build workflows, catalog items, flow designers, and automation scripts. Strong understanding of ServiceNow NOW platform including low-code/no-code development capabilities. Experience in creating custom reports, dashboards, and performing code-level enhancements. Ability to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills. Good To Have Skills Experience with ServiceNow Integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, or IntegrationHub. Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, or Asset Management. Exposure to Service Portal development and UI customization. Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and working within a sprint-based environment. ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS in specific modules) are an added advantage. Familiarity with scripting frameworks and version control tools (e.g., Git).
