About the Company

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow App Engine Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in App Engine Studio, Creator Workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, and ServiceNow scripting, along with the ability to independently deliver scalable business solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow App Engine Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
• Develop enterprise applications using App Engine Studio and Creator Workflows.
• Configure and customize Forms, Tables, Workspaces, UI Builder pages, and User Experiences.
• Build workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications, and Catalog Client Scripts.
• Create and maintain Service Catalog items and Request Workflows.
• Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for third-party integrations.
• Work with IntegrationHub Spokes and external system integrations.
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, QA, and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment artifacts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow App Engine.
• Hands-on experience with Creator Workflows.
• Experience with App Engine Studio.
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer.
• Experience using IntegrationHub.
• Experience with UI Builder and Workspace Development.
• Strong JavaScript programming skills.
• Hands-on experience in:

• UI Policies
• ACLs
• Notifications
• Service Catalog
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
