About The Job

We are 5 days Work From Office. Shift Time 3:00 PM IST to 00:00 AM IST, Cab facility to & fro, Office location Baner

The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and continual improvement of the ServiceNow platform. This role configures core applications, designs automated workflows, and ensures alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational goals.

What You'll Be Doing

Platform Configuration & Development

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB, and SPM.
  • Manage Service Catalog including service offerings, workflows, and SLAs.

Administration & System Health

  • Manage users, groups, roles, and ACLs ensuring least privileged access.
  • Monitor platform performance, logs, and scheduled jobs using dashboards and analytics.
  • Execute platform upgrades, patches, and cloning; validate using ATF.
  • Audit licensing and entitlements for compliance.

Integrations & Data Management

  • Import/export data using import sets and transform maps.
  • Support integrations with systems like SuccessFactors and M365 using APIs and MID servers.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.

Process Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).

Preferred Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
