Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of cleaning equipment. Responsibilities also include offering customer support, conducting field service visits, ensuring equipment is functioning optimally, and maintaining accurate service records to meet customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Skills in equipment Maintenance, Repair, and overall upkeep
• Expertise in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
• Experience in Field Service and on-site maintenance tasks
• Proficiency in providing excellent Customer Service and support
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and adhere to safety protocols
• Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems; relevant technical certifications are a plus

Education:-

ITI Electrical ,fitter/Diploma (Electrical or Mechanical)

Location-Ahmedabad & open to travel other cities also

Preferred - Cleaning Industry experience

Experience - 2-3 Years
