The Service Request Coordinator will perform general administrative tasks as required to support team operations.

Responsibilities:

Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
Log and track incoming service requests to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
Validate and submit invoices with proper documentation into the Coupa system.
Track all actions, compile statistics, and generate reports on work activities.
Perform general administrative tasks as required to support team operations.
All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in an administrative function. Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Familiarity with invoicing systems like Coupa. Previous experience in administrative or coordinator roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word) and Smartsheet.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Consistent data availability to a GCA client.

Working Conditions:

Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking.
Travel, as required.
