Role: Service Now Developer - ITSM & ITOM

Experience Range: 6 – 10 Years

Location: Vizag

Must-Have:

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop custom applications and enhancements aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature prioritization.
• Build automation workflows leveraging ServiceNow capabilities (Flow Designer, Integration Hub).
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement scalable solutions.
• Explore and implement NOW Assist and Agentic AI features to enhance user experience and productivity.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow’s AI roadmap and recommend innovative use cases.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT Operations, Security, Compliance).
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and governance policies.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow development (ITSM, ITOM, or custom apps).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and APIs.
• Familiarity with automation tools within ServiceNow (Flow Designer, Integration Hub).
• Exposure to NOW Assist and Agentic AI or willingness to learn and implement AI-driven features.
