B.E.(Instrumentation & Control) or B.E. (Electronics),with rich experience in planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and maintenance of OT data, systems, and networks. Good working knowledge of DCS/PLC/SCADA, Yokogawa DCS/PLC preferred .He/She should have experience of maintenance and commissioning of DCS, PLC, SCADA, field instrumentation, Good command of spoken and written English communication. Willing to travel extensively and take up emergency support requirements of the company. Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading Cyber Security measures for the protection of the OT systems, and networks. CSE/Resident Engineer support, Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading DCS/SIS/SCADA, OT Cyber Security Telephonic support to customers in case of emergency. Willing to travel extensively within region or ready to be posted at remote locations. Should be a good team player. 1. Minimum 5 years overall experience in DCS/PLC/SCADA/Field instrument diagnostics & troubleshooting. Yokogawa experience in DCS/PLC preferred.
2. Experience in Industrial/Process Automation
3. Qualification required is BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation /Electronics.
Skills and Competency : 1.Knowledge of DCS,PLC,SCADA and control systems and components used in Industrial automation domain.
2. Knowledge of DCS, PLC, Field instruments diagnostics & troubleshooting
3. Experience in Yokogawa DCS /PLC System an added advantage.
4. Knowledge of data communications protocols, networking equipment and computer operating systems such as Windows
6. Maintenance and service experience in Industrial automation domain.
Job Role : Maintenance /Resident support engineer as per mandatory contractual obligations from customer (HMEL/IOCL/GAIL/BPCL Petroleum Refineries). Customer has awarded us resident support contract for maintenance of Yokogawa system at plant. Strong possibility of renewal of contract based on service execution & customer satisfaction index.
Key Responsibilities : 1.Maintain DCS,PLC,HMI,SCADA control systems and components
2.Provide appropriate and timely reports/technical advice on matters relating to systems under scope of work and services.
3.Carry out day to day duties in accordance with daily job schedule.
4.Carry out day to day duties in accordance with safety principles, corporate values, Quality policies and strategies.
4.Day to day interaction with customers, regional and head office of YIL.
