Role Description

This is a full-time Service Engineer/Manager role for the Kerala or South Region at STELMEC LIMITED. The individual will be responsible for troubleshooting, field servicing, conducting technical support tasks, and ensuring efficient maintenance and repairs. The role also involves coordinating with clients, ensuring resolution of any technical issues promptly. This is a hybrid role, predominantly based in Ahmedabad, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing effective Technical Support
• Experience in Field Service work and Maintenance & Repair
• Strong Communication skills for addressing client requirements and collaborating with teams
• Ability to work both on-site and remotely, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred
• Experience in service engineering or related roles is an advantage
