Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to manage after-sales service operations for EV passenger vehicles. The role involves handling technical service activities, troubleshooting, customer support, dealer coordination, and ensuring high service quality standards across workshops and service centers.ss

You will lead and scale South India home EV charger installation and after-sales service operations, ensuring high-quality, safe, and timely installations. The role involves managing field teams, vendor partners, customer experience, and service delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day service activities at dealerships, service centers, and workshops.
• Diagnose technical issues and support repair/maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with technicians for timely service delivery and issue resolution.
• Handle warranty claims and maintain service documentation.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support technician/dealer training on service procedures and product updates.
• Ensure service quality, safety standards, and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare service reports and track service performance metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Production, Quality, and Purchase for service-related issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 4–7 years of experience in after-sales service in the automobile industry.
• Experience in EV passenger vehicles preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.

Education:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering
