Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in North Delhi for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing field service tasks, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of cryogenic equipment. Day-to-day duties involve providing technical support to customers, diagnosing and resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with performance standards. The role requires effective communication with clients and team members to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service for technical equipment
• Strong skills in Maintenance and Repair of machinery and systems
• Effective Communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Technical Support capabilities with attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site service tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
• Experience in cryogenics or similar industries is an advantage
