What we are looking for


Role: Service Desk Agents Reporting

Experience Range: 4 – 8 Years

Location: Noida



Must-Have:


  1. 4–8 years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
  2. Expertise in designing indicators, breakdowns, data snapshots, and analytic dashboards using ServiceNow Performance Analytics
  3. Strong stakeholder engagement skills—able to elicit requirements, present insights, and align metrics with business goals.
  4. Proficiency in data visualization, analytics principles, and basic SQL query writing to extract and manipulate ServiceNow data.
  5. Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  6. Knowledge of SLA/KPI Frameworks
  7. Advanced knowledge in excel
