Service Delivery Manager

Role Purpose:

Lead strategy, oversight, and enablement of SANS enterprise platforms, ERP, business applications, analytics, and AI to ensure alignment with enterprise digital priorities.

Provide leadership across teams, ensuring platforms are integrated, scalable, and optimized to deliver value to business stakeholders and support enterprise transformation.

Skills and Experience:

•10-15 years of experience in leading enterprise platforms, ERP, business applications, analytics, and AI strategies, with proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and platform modernization.

•Demonstrates strategic vision, structured decision-making, and the ability to align enterprise platforms and analytics with business objectives.

•Exhibits collaborative and influential leadership, engaging senior stakeholders, empowering teams, and fostering innovation to maximize platform value.
