Your role You Should have ITIL Background , as what is ITIL , what is ITSM, the transformation of ITIL From ITIL V2 to ITIL V3 and ITIL V4. Preferably ITIL V4 certified. You are responsible for maintaining the service catalog, ensuring it is a single source of truth for all IT services - Catalog Maintenance. You must ensure that all information within the service catalog is accurate, complete, and published in a timely manner - Data Accuracy and timeliness. Your profile 6 to 9 years experience in Service Catalogue management. You ensure that the information in the service catalog is consistent with the broader service portfolio and the service pipeline - Consistency with Service Portfolio. You manage the different views of the catalog to provide the correct information to the appropriate users - User Access and Views.
