Description: Experience: 3-5 years of overall experience. 3+ years of relevant experience. Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated System Engineer to join our Collaboration Experience team. Candidate will support and maintain collaboration platforms, assist with automation, and ensure secure and efficient operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow technical expertise and contribute to impactful projects. As the Collaboration Systems Engineer, Candidate will oversee the administration and integration of our collaboration platforms. Candidate will work with internal and external partners across various organizations, establishing strong relationships with users to ensure efficient, secure, and practical solutions that deliver engaging productivity experiences. This position reports to the Collaboration Experience Manager. Responsibilities: Maintain and support collaboration systems (Exchange Online, Email Security, Teams). Ensure system security, perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues Assist in implementing security standards and responding to incidents. Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps. Support integration and configuration of new components under guidance. Develop and maintain basic automation scripts (PowerShell preferred). Write technical documentation and collaborate on ongoing issues and projects. Participate in capacity and performance monitoring. Engage in team activities to support Service and Project Managers Requirements: 5+ years of technology support experience 3?5 years of experience in system administration or collaboration tools. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite, Exchange Online, Email Security, Email Authentication and Teams. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting; exposure to Power Platform is a plus. Understanding of collaboration security principles. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
