SEO Manager / Head of SEO

📍 Kerala (Calicut preferred) | Remote / Hybrid

We are a fast-growing startup (Euverify) looking for an experienced SEO Manager / Head of SEO to own and drive our organic growth strategy end-to-end.

This is a lead role, ideal for someone who has worked exclusively in SEO and has hands-on experience managing large, high-page-count websites (500–1,000+ pages) with proven ranking success.

You will be responsible for defining, executing, and scaling the SEO strategy across a growing digital platform. This includes technical SEO, content strategy, performance tracking, and mentoring junior team members.

• Own the complete SEO strategy for large-scale websites (1,000+ pages)
• Lead technical SEO audits and fixes (site structure, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, page templates)
• Build and execute long-term content and keyword strategies
• Perform deep audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Monitor and optimize performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Work closely with developers and content teams to implement SEO best practices
• Manage and guide SEO team members or juniors
• Stay updated with modern SEO practices including AI-driven SEO, AEO, and search evolution
• Take ownership of SEO outcomes in a startup environment

• 4–5 years of dedicated SEO experience (SEO-only roles preferred)
• Proven experience handling high-volume websites (500–1,000+ pages)
• Strong expertise in:
• Technical SEO & site architecture
• On-page and content optimization
• SEO auditing and issue resolution
• Hands-on experience with:
• Screaming Frog
• Ahrefs / SEMrush
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics
• Google Tag Manager
• Solid understanding of modern SEO trends, AI in SEO, and AEO
• Ability to lead, mentor, and take full ownership of the SEO function

• Preferably based in Kerala
• Calicut (Kozhikode) candidates preferred
• Open to remote or hybrid work for the right candidate

• Someone who treats SEO as a core business growth function
• Comfortable working in a startup environment
• Strong analytical mindset with execution skills
• Ownership mentality — this role will be the SEO head of the company
