What You'll Do

  • Own SEO strategy for alt.f, aligned to lead gen and revenue targets, not just traffic.
  • Own SEO's contribution to revenue, tracking the full funnel from organic lead to closed deal, and work with Sales/CRM to tie SEO performance to actual bookings, not just lead volume.
  • Build and optimise city/property/product landing pages (Coworking, Virtual Office, Flexible Office) for both search intent and conversion.
  • Drive technical SEO: crawl efficiency, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, site architecture, partnering directly with the dev and design teams.
  • Lead AI Search Optimisation, AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation), GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation), and visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and other emerging AI search surfaces.
  • Own keyword to conversion funnel mapping, identify where SEO traffic drops off and fix it, working closely with UX/UI and CRO.
  • Use search behaviour and user psychology insights to guide page design, content structure and CTAs.
  • Build and own reporting: organic leads, CPL, keyword rankings, GSC/GA4 dashboards, and RCA for traffic drops or algorithm shifts.
  • Run structured SEO experiments (A/B tests on templates, meta, content) and turn results into scalable frameworks.


Must-Haves

  • 6 to 8 years in SEO with a proven track record of driving lead generation, not just traffic or rankings.
  • Hands on technical SEO expertise: crawl/indexation, schema, Core Web Vitals, JS SEO.
  • Working knowledge of AI/LLM search optimisation (AEO, GEO), this is mandatory, not a nice to have.
  • Strong UX/UI sensibility, able to spot and fix friction between a ranking page and a converting page.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio (or similar).
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels and how SEO fits within paid, organic and CRM ecosystems.
  • Understanding of local and multi location SEO (real estate/coworking/hyperlocal experience will be an added advantage).
