We are hiring an SEO professional who understands that ranking local service businesses in North America requires more than dashboards and generic checklists.

We’re looking for someone who can strategically grow rankings, map pack visibility, traffic, and leads for competitive USA/Canada markets while leading a dedicated SEO team.

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Proven experience with USA/Canada SEO campaigns
• Strong understanding of:
• Google Business Profile (GBP/GMB)
• Local SEO & Maps rankings
• Technical SEO
• Content strategy
• Link building
• AI-driven search trends
• Experience handling service-based industries like:
• Plumbing
• HVAC
• Roofing
• Legal
• Healthcare
• Home Services

• Lead SEO strategy and execution for North American clients
• Improve local rankings, traffic, and lead generation
• Conduct technical SEO audits and identify growth opportunities
• Work closely with content, design, and development teams
• Mentor and guide SEO team members
• Monitor algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly

• Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, GSC
• Strong local SEO and technical SEO understanding
• Ability to build scalable SEO processes
• Experience with Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or custom CMS platforms
