About the Role: We are looking for an SEO Analyst ? someone who can combine strong technical expertise, flawless execution, and a results-focused approach. This is a core delivery and operations role where you will be responsible for executing SEO strategies with precision, ensuring error-free implementation, and driving measurable outcomes for global clients. Key Responsibilities: Delivery & Execution Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and ensure timely, accurate implementation (crawlability, indexation, CWV, schema, log-file analysis). Execute on-page SEO with attention to detail: metadata, internal linking, keyword mapping, content clusters. Manage off-page SEO and backlink strategies with a focus on quality and authority. AI-First SEO Optimize for AI Overviews, People Also Ask, and Featured Snippets. Use AI tools for keyword clustering, content workflows, and reporting automation. KPI Ownership Deliver measurable improvements in line with client goals, such as: Organic traffic growth in 4?6 months Top 3 rankings for priority keywords AI Overview & PAA Ranking Uplift in organic conversions/leads OR Revenue Reporting & Accountability Maintain accurate weekly/monthly KPI dashboards (forecast vs. actuals). Provide proactive recommendations and ensure continuous alignment with client objectives. Collaboration & Operations Work closely with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices. Partner with account managers to ensure smooth, on-time client delivery. Requirements: 3?5 years of hands-on SEO experience delivering measurable results for global clients. Strong expertise in technical SEO: schema, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals, server-side rendering, log-file analysis. Proficiency with leading SEO tools: GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GTMetrix, Looker Studio. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics (for SEO context). Experience using AI and automation in SEO: prompts, AI-assisted content workflows, and reporting automation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate SEO insights into business outcomes. Strong focus on detail, accuracy, and operational discipline.
