We are looking for a hands-on Sensor Integration Specialist to manage end-to-end integration, testing, and quality validation of environmental sensors for IoT products. This role focuses on ensuring sensor accuracy, reliability, and readiness for production through structured lab testing, field validation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Sensor Integration Specialist to manage end-to-end integration, testing, and quality validation of environmental sensors for IoT products. This role focuses on ensuring sensor accuracy, reliability, and readiness for production through structured lab testing, field validation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sensor integration from component selection to production release
- Validate sensor performance for accuracy, stability, response time, and environmental tolerance
- Perform hardware debugging using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and analyzers
- Design and execute lab tests and calibration procedures
- Plan and support field testing and real-world validation
- Own sensor QC, test plans, acceptance criteria, and release approval
- Document specifications, test results, and calibration records
- Collaborate with firmware, hardware, software, product, and field teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sensor integration, embedded systems, or IoT hardware
- Strong knowledge of sensor protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, RS-485, Ethernet)
- Experience with lab testing and sensor calibration
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Experience with environmental or industrial IoT systems
- Exposure to field deployments and cloud-connected sensor platforms
