Description Core Technical Skills. Total experience 7-8 years. Strong expertise in . NET Framework / . NET Core / . NET. C# advanced programming (async/await, LINQ, generics, delegates, events). ASP. NET Core /WPF / MVC / Web API design and development. Entity Framework Core / Dapper / ORMs data access strategies. Front-end basics: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, familiarity with frameworks (Angular, React, Blazor). RESTful services design & integration; familiarity with GraphQL (optional). SQL Server (stored procedures, performance tuning, indexing). Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest). Source control: SVN, (GitHub, Azure DevOps). Architecture & Design Design patterns (Factory, Repository, Singleton, Dependency Injection, etc. Strong understanding of SOLID principles. Experience in designing scalable and maintainable systems. Ability to review and improve code quality. Familiarity with microservices architecture, API Gateways, Docker, and containerization (good to have). Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred: App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, etc. Process & Delivery Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum / Kanban frameworks. Ability to translate requirements into technical design. Driving and owning SDLC phases requirements, design, development, testing, deployment. Experience in writing and reviewing technical documentation. Experience in effort estimation, task planning, and risk management. Exposure to code quality tools (SonarQube, ReSharper). Leadership & Soft Skills Mentoring & guiding junior developers. Code reviews, enforcing coding standards and best practices. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Effective communication with stakeholders technical and non-technical. Ability to lead technical discussions & design meetings. Team building and conflict resolution skills. Proactive mindset with ownership of deliverables. Certifications (good To Have, Not Mandatory) Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate / Azure Solutions Architect. Microsoft Certified: .
