Systems Analyst –

Role:Provide product support and maintenance (S&M) services to assigned clients, including troubleshooting, 24/7 support, resolving client queries, and investigate the reported problems.This position operates in a multi-tasking environment with high expectations to meet deadlines of deliverables with exceeding quality and support appropriate systems for the payments product in realtime production environments.

Key Requirements for this role:

Must have knowledge and/or experience in:

Java
SQL, PL/SQL scripts• Rest APIGood to have knowledge and/or experience in:
Unix scripts
Python
Database Knowledge• Atlassian products (Confluence/Jira/OpsGenie etc.,)

Soft Skills:

Amicable personality with a constructive attitude and willingness to collaborate, learn, and teach others
Ability to manage and resolve incidents from live production environments
Ability to investigate the reported software problems and in documenting the same for development teams reference and usage
Ability to prioritise the workload with minimal guidance in an unpredictable and challenging environment Training from the employer:
