About Project/ Role:

Join a hands-on development role focused on building and enhancing modern, high-performance websites using Webflow and front-end technologies. You will revamp the company website while collaborating closely with design and product teams to deliver visually engaging, user-friendly, and scalable digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Webflow Development (Primary): Design, develop, and maintain the company website using Webflow, ensuring high-quality, responsive, and visually consistent implementations.
• UI Implementation: Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive web experiences.
• Brand Consistency: Translate brand guidelines into consistent, high-quality web experiences across layouts, components, and interactions.
• CMS & Content Management: Build and manage structured CMS collections in Webflow and maintain content across web platforms.
• WordPress Support: Maintain and enhance WordPress-based assets, including content updates, UI improvements, plugin management, and bug fixes.
• Frontend Engineering: Develop reusable UI components and features using modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Design Systems & Reusability: Contribute to scalable design systems and reusable component libraries for consistent UI development.
• API & Integrations: Work with APIs and third-party integrations to extend website functionality and connect external services.
• Performance Optimization: Improve website speed, responsiveness, SEO, and overall performance through best practices.
• Accessibility Standards: Build accessible interfaces aligned with WCAG guidelines, improving usability for diverse users and devices.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure cross-browser compatibility and maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable code standards.
• Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to iterate and deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Webflow Expertise: Strong hands-on experience building and managing websites using Webflow.
• Frontend Development: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript with solid understanding of responsive design principles.
• Framework Experience: Experience working with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• CMS Experience: Working knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and content management.
• UI/UX Understanding: Ability to interpret design concepts and deliver intuitive, user-centric interfaces.
• Integration Skills: Experience working with APIs and third-party services.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and ability to translate business and design requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Webflow Animations: Experience creating advanced animations and interactions in Webflow.
• Design Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• SEO & Analytics: Understanding of SEO best practices and experience with analytics tools.
• Performance Optimization: Experience improving Core Web Vitals and overall website performance.
• Modern Tooling: Exposure to modern development workflows, version control, and build tools.
