About the Role Reborn Skin & Hair Clinic is India?s fastest-growing aesthetic healthcare brand, expanding across major metro cities. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to join our digital team at Baner, Pune. This role will work closely with our digital marketing, SEO, performance marketing, and design teams to build a world-class online experience for patients across cities. Responsibilities Take full ownership of front-end and back-end development of Reborn websites & landing pages Build, optimize & scale multiple treatment pages for SEO & conversions Maintain WordPress + Elementor websites (multi-branch website structure) Develop high-conversion landing pages for Google Ads & Meta Ads Implement speed optimization (Nitropack / CDN / caching / lazy loading) Fix UI/UX issues and ensure responsive performance across devices Manage server, hosting, backups, security, plugins & integrations Work with design team to execute creative brand-aligned UI elements Integrate APIs & automation tools (WhatsApp, CRM, booking system etc.) Conduct regular audits & performance improvements Implement schema, tracking codes & CRO best practices Key Skills Advanced WordPress & Elementor HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP Web Performance Optimization High-speed landing page development UI/UX implementation Web security & hosting management SEO technical understanding Experience in healthcare or e-commerce preferred What We Expect Minimum 4?8 years experience Ability to handle complete web development independently Experience designing conversion-focused websites Strong problem-solving mindset Understanding of UI/UX & responsive design Ability to work with marketing, design & SEO teams Nice to Have Healthcare or beauty industry experience Knowledge of CRO, heatmaps & advanced tracking Experience with automation & API workflows Location ??
