Job Description
The Senior Web Developer - Marketing is responsible for building, managing, optimizing, and scaling our web presence while ensuring seamless integration with our marketing technology stack.

In This Role You Will
Web Development & Management
- Own end-to-end development, maintenance, and optimization of all company websites built on WordPress
- Develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and components as required
- Ensure high standards of performance, security, scalability, and SEO best practices
- Optimize websites for speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility
- Manage website hosting environments, backups, uptime monitoring, and deployments
- Implement and maintain CMS workflows for marketing and content teams
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure minimal downtime
- Act as the technical owner for the marketing technology stack
- Integrate websites with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and data platforms
- Build and manage integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party SDKs
- Ensure accurate data flow between web properties and Martech systems (leads, events, tracking)
- Support implementation of personalization, A/B testing, and conversion optimization tools
- Maintain documentation for integrations and system architecture
- Implement and maintain analytics and tracking solutions (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM, pixels)
- Ensure accurate event tracking for campaigns, funnels, and conversions
- Support marketing experiments, landing pages, and rapid iteration cycles
- Work closely with marketing stakeholders to improve conversion rates and user journeys
- Work closely with stakeholders in marketing and other cross functional teams
- Coordinate with external agencies or vendors when required
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations on tools, platforms, and architecture
- Balance speed of execution with long-term maintainability and scalability
Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Information Systems, Business, or closely related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in web development.
- Strong expertise in WordPress (core, themes, plugins, hooks, custom post types).
- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and hosting platforms (AWS, Kinsta, etc).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Zoho, etc.).
- Knowledge of web performance optimization, caching, CDN, and security best practices.
- Experience with Git, version control, and deployment workflow.
- Experience working with analytics and tag management tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts: lead generation, funnels, attribution, conversion tracking.
- Experience at ResultsCX or BPO industry.
- Experience with React, Vue, or similar.
