Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of high-quality, scalable, and efficient web applications.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring best practices in web development and code quality.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX designers, product managers, etc.) to deliver integrated web solutions.
  • Design and implement web application architecture, ensuring responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both production and development environments.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in web development to continuously improve skills and workflows.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, and maintainability.

Requirements

  • Wordpress, shopify, wix, etc.
  • PHP stack.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 3+ years of experience as a web developer.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development technologies.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP is a must.
