The Human Resources Manager will handle a variety of HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the role involves developing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring smooth operations of HR functions. Collaborating with management, the HR Manager will work to align human resources strategies with overall business objectives. Qualifications Recruitment and onboarding experience, with proficiency in talent acquisition and selection processes. Strong knowledge in performance management, employee relations, and workplace conflict resolution. Skills in developing HR policies, implementing training programs, and promoting workplace culture. Proficiency in compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices. Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Experience in the digital or technology industry is an advantage.
