Senior Video Editor

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Video Editor to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, fast editing capabilities, and experience creating engaging long-form and short-form content for digital platforms.

• Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, social media, ads, and branded content
• Create engaging storytelling through pacing, transitions, sound design, and visuals
• Work closely with content strategists, scriptwriters, and designers
• Handle long-form and short-form content efficiently
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, effects, and platform-optimized edits
• Maintain content quality and ensure timely delivery
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently

• Minimum 5 years of professional video editing experience
• Strong command of:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Photoshop (basic)
• DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
• Strong understanding of YouTube retention-based editing
• Knowledge of hooks, pacing, audience psychology, and viral content structure
• Experience with reels/shorts editing is a plus
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced content environment

• Motion graphics and animation knowledge
• Sound design and color grading experience
• Understanding of current social media trends
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
