Role Description The Senior Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading the end-to-end post-production process for marketing and brand content. This role involves editing long-form and short-form video, refining narratives, adding sound design and motion graphics, and ensuring consistent visual quality across platforms. The Senior Video Editor will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and strategy teams to translate briefs into compelling video assets for campaigns, social media, websites, and performance marketing. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing raw footage, structuring storylines, performing color grading, managing project timelines, and maintaining organized asset libraries. The role may also include mentoring junior editors, contributing to creative concepts, and optimizing video content based on performance data and audience insights.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for a variety of formats and platforms.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading with a keen eye for visual consistency and mood.
• Capability in Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand identity.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
• Experience creating content for digital marketing, social media, and performance-driven campaigns.
• Ability to interpret briefs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong storytelling, visual composition, and attention to detail, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• 3–5+ years of professional video editing experience; agency or multi-brand experience is an advantage.
• Relevant degree or certification in Film, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary And Location

• Salary Range: 4 to 5 Lakhs
